This beachfront condo needed a complete remodel. The owner
had just purchased it and wanted to upgrade it not only as
a place to live, but as an investment.
As a single man, he wanted a tasteful, uncomplicated look
with some Mexican touches. Color scheme: neutral sand tones
with accents of wine, green, and coral.
All floor tile in kitchen and bathrooms was removed. We incorporated
a bar area between the kitchen and dining room and redesigned
the kitchen completely.
New tile was chosen. Kitchen cabinets were painted with medium
tone granite w/ gold specs. White washed cabinets for the
bathrooms. Designed stained glass pendent lights for the bar.

Furniture was custom made in Mexico; dining table of wrought
iron and glass; living room overstuffed pieces with imported
fabric; pieces were custom made wooden furniture and cabinetry
was custom made by a local carpenter and wrought iron dining
table base and chairs with leather came from Guadalajara.
The iron fish which covers the light at the top of the living
room shelving unit was commissioned with a local artist.
