The goal for this 3 bedroom condo at El Zalate was to provide
an authentic Mexican environment. I started from scratch selecting
furniture accessories, color schemes and finishes.
The challenge was to keep the environment comfortable from
bar stools to sofas, as well as the lounging areas in the
large beachfront terrace, while maintaining an elegant atmosphere.
This condo was decorated almost exclusively with Mexican made
furnishings and accessories hand-crafted on the mainland including
leather dining chairs and bar stools, wrought iron side tables,
cast aluminum patio furniture, carved armoirs and dining buffet,
illuminated with a wrought iron chandelier and accented with
hand-painted mirrors.
